Use Consignment Shops To Make Money??

I made the leap the other day and took a couple of trash bags full of clothing to a local consignment shop. I had never done this before so I hope that I do good. It's payout is 50/50 which I guess is not bad. That means that we split the money right down the middle. We will see how it does. I am supposed to check back in to see how my clothes are selling in a couple of weeks. She will send out checks every first day of each month. I will keep you posted on how I did!!

You Can make a few bucks with this....

I started doing this a while ago and have already been paid once and am close to reaching the $10.00 payout again. It is called Mylot and it is free to join. All you do is start and respond to discussions!! That is it and you get paid for it. I do it when I am bored and I make a few dollars a week with it. Pretty easy. Tons of nice mylotters over there and it is fun. Check it out! It is a great way to get a few dollars when you are bored.

Sell Your Used Clothing!!

I have been working on my New Years resolution to get rid of clutter and one of the things that I have too much of is clothes!! So I got to thinking that since they are nice clothes I can sell them and maybe make a little bit of money while I am cleaning the house.
I am going to list some stuff on ebay, of course , but then I found some other places where you can sell your clothing .

My Clozet is free to list to sell your clothing items online.
Plato's Closet is a great place to go to and they will give you cash for your items.
Those are just a couple of places. You might try local consignment shops. There are a couple here that I am going to check out tomorrow.
When it gets to be spring I will be having a huge yard sale also. That is a great way to get rid of clothes , but I have noticed the past few years that it seems like clothing sells less and less. I have even put my clothing aside and had it for $1.00 a bag and none of it sold and I have nice clothes. All name-brand. So I am going to try online and consignment shops first.
