Is there an actual address that you can send a letter to if need be? Is this website connected to a larger well known company that you can reach? Finally, will your contact information be able to help you with your guarantee?

What kind of guarantee do they offer? Is it a full money back guarantee with no questions (that's the best kind) ? How long is the guarantee good for, 30-60-90-120 days? How well do they honor their guarantee, can you check their reputation out on the forums? The guarantee is a very important part of any online offer and I wouldn't consider anything without one, especially a program that wanted a lot of money upfront.

Some programs want over $400.00 before they will send you their product, you should be very comfortable that you can get your money back if need be. No one that sends in any amount of money expects that they won't get their moneys worth from the product that has been promoted to them, but a lot of things can happen. There have been times that a computer crashed during a download or something got lost in the mail or the product just didn't measure up to the advertising. There are unintentional and intentional things that can cause you to lose money. Don't be scammed be careful.

If the ad is clear on what the program is, can show proof of claims that it makes, has decent contact information with a good guarantee then it's a good place to start your research.
